What is Harmony Dance Theater Company?
HDT Company is for dancer who wants MORE; more performance opportunities, more educational experiences, and more DANCE! Think of HDT Company as an extension of Harmony Dance Theater that takes dancers beyond the studio. The HDCompany program is designed to add to dancers’ experiences, not restrict them!
Registration
Registration is now live for the 2026–2027 Harmony Dance Company season. If your dancer is interested in more structured training, stronger technique, and even more opportunities to grow as an artist and teammate, then our HDT Company program could be the perfect fit! Log on to your student’s Jackrabbit portal and select either HDT Junior/Senior Company or HDT Mini Company. Additional information can be found below about each Company program!
WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON
BRAND NEW MINI COMPANY PROGRAM
designed to give young dancers their first competition dance experience. This program has lower class time requirements to give our young dancers the freedom to explore their dance journey as well as other interests.
JUNIOR/SENIOR COMPANY PROGRAM
will now receive 7 hours of dedicated weekly company training, including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Leaps & Turns, and rehearsals.
COMPANY CLASSES
are structured to focus on technique, strength, flexibility and performance quality. We aim to provide a training environment designed to build confident, versatile, and well-rounded dancers
**Dancers will continue taking required studio classes at their level with the option to add on as many extra classes as they wish! (More information on required classes per company can be found in the below info sheets!) Our updated attendance policy requires dancers to be in classes 75% of the time, meaning that they are free to still participate in all of their favorite extracurriculars!
Most importantly, we expect our company members to be leaders, support one another, and help create the positive, encouraging atmosphere that makes Harmony Dance Theater so special.
